Quick Start Guide

  • Step 1: Download the App

    Our companion app empowers you to stay informed,with advanced insights to help monitor your overallhealth while better utilizing your watch’s many sensors.Available for all Android and iOS devices.

  • Step 2: Place your watch to the cradle

    A charging cable is included in the packaging. Attach the USB end of the charger into a computer or 5V USB power adapter.

    - Ensure the watch is properly positioned on the charger.

    - Ensure that your watch is charge at least 50% before starting the pairing process

  • Step 3 : Connect to the app

    Connect your watch in the application and follow the guided
    steps to pair and set up your watch.
